A Tribute to Peter Steele - CHRISTIAN WOMAN by Lilith Astaroth

Don't know if this is the place to post this, but my friend Lilith just recorded a cover of Christian Woman as a tribute to Peter Steele.  Lilith is an amazing metal vocalist, performing both on her own and with the band Sorrowseed in the Boston area.  This song shows her whole range. You'll be surprised it's all the same person.  She is impressive to both see and hear! 

Goth music and metal have been her life-long passions.   Peter was one of her vocal idols and she
was very affected by his passing. This is a tribute from the heart.

My sincerest sympathies-It's a beautiful name,as I am sure she was just as beautiful. As we all have, I too have suffered the loss of deeply loved ones that passed at an unfair age when they had so much more life ahead-the unfairness of it sickens me! I could never say 'I know how you feel'(I hate that) because we're all different, but I will wish you well from the heart.

Some may or may not agree with me, but I think covers are fine when done because the current artist genuinely likes the song and/or it's done in tribute as your friend has done. (I don't like remixes/covers just done for money because a certain song was popular) I am going to make a point to check out your friend&her music,and I think her choice&reasons are a great way to pay an honor.

I am so sorry to hear this.  I cannot even imagine how you handle a loss like that (and I don't want to - I have daughters myself).  Lilith is a beautiful name. I hope you take care of yourself please.
