Just thought of another thing, I think some eerie/creepy/badass instrumental(s) would be good. (assuming they could make it lead into a song pretty well)

When they are done well, they can have just as good of an impact as songs with lyrics and everything. (I really liked how Disturbed did one with their song Remnants, and how Hatebreed did Undiminished. Just examples lol)

I agree, I think a Type O cover would be fantastic- especially of something off Life is Killing Me or World Coming Down.

Drummatititatcly great ideas... The whole album: Type O Negative covers... And Peter Ratajgzyk is on the cover, but it's called APHND and the whole album is "I Know You're Fucking Someone Else" done in different styles, like calypso, polka, pop... and so on... Call Chris Barnes.  He'll know how to write your album.

I think the album will be great and Sal and the others will add those songs which they think can represent themselves and the band best. As I am not a member of the band I don't feel comfortable to tell Sal/the band how to create their album or what kind of songs to put on their album. They're going to do a great job and I'm sure they're very creative and constructive on their own. Nice idea to think of the fans and trying to include them... but being a fan or admirer of the band I think you might want to buy or listen to what was actually created by the band.

All I can say I became a huge fan of "ID" and "CRIME & INVESTIGATION"-TV channels after I read Sal is a fan of them, too - I'm sure we'll get some "killer-songs" on the new album, again!

One thing I would like to hear on the next album is a little less on the vocal effects, or a more prominent dry vocal track.

As far as covering Type O Negative songs I am against this simply because I would rather hear songs that influenced the band as whole or a song APHND can make their own.

I would like to see a cover of Type O or Carnivore or take a Type O & Carnivore song & incorporate it together & put your own little twist to it. Or a song dedicated to Peter Ratajczyk. & I'd love a DVD with the cd like a lot of bands are doing now with footage of the recording process & backstage stuff etc.
