What's the likelihood on getting an early listen to some tracks? I saw on APHND's Facebook page that someone's already heard what's in store, so I feel compelled to ask, especially with what was written about it. You going to honor those of us who've been here since just about the beginning with some love? :)

I'm not going to speculate on how the album will sound.

APHND is still a new band that had just broken the ice a couple of years ago, so when Sal says the sound has evolved, I believe that's a great thing, but who knows what it'll sound like?

I haven't been keeping up with the news too much, to be honest. I read from time to time about the progression of the new album, that's about it.

I would really like to see APHND live, so I hope they come south this time.

I also have a wishlist: Both the old and the new album, signed and on vinyl???! PLEASE?!

You should also hit up Joey James Hernandez to do some t shirt art. Not like I can fit a two x, but he's a great artist. I've seen him do some great work with Type O Negative.

Adam, nobody has heard it except the band, the label. I know the band would love to honor those that have been here since the beginning, but the plan is to keep it under wrap and then explode back on the scene when it is ready. Some bands like to show the progeression, others stay tight lipped. That is how Sal is choosing to roll.

I like how sal is doing this. Very old school in terms of keeping it under wraps and not having it leaked or anything. I hope it stays that way. I like the idea of the anticipation.

I suggest it'll be a dark may in 2013, really looking forward to the release date! A tour through europe with support of' Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats'would be the ultamite killer!

You guys better be coming to Canada this time around! I think you owe us at least a few Canadian dates like Toronto,London,Vancouver,Etc,because APHND has yet to play a show in Canada & with us being neighbors it shouldn't be too hard,you've played your fair share of europeon dates so i think you can hop across the border into Canada
& enjoy our awesome Molson Canadian beer or Labbatt Blue beer lol. As far as who I'd like to see APHND tour with? I'm gonna have to mention a few awesome Canadian bands of course lol,like "Unleash the Archers" ,"Bison B.C.","Cancer Bats","3 Inches of Blood","Sacrifice","The Tea Party","I Mother Earth":& then other bands like "Seventh Void" of course who I'd love to see here in Canada with APHND.

Ya I totally agree with you about not leaking out any songs.I find a lot of bands doing that nowadays & for myself it does help me in determining if I like the sound of the album or gonna purchase the new album,I don't determine by just one song but some bands will leak half their album & if I don't like half of it I don't bother buying it.So I think as far as a financial & business standpoint I think Sal is going about this the right way & it keeps the excitement high like it use to be.
