Happy Halloween, and Merry Samhain to all. I'll be listening to Type O all day- in honor of the ultimate All Hallows fan- Peter Steele, while I do my kids' makeup. I hope I don't drive them too insane with it.

I have to tell you what happened tonight. We had just dropped the kids off at thier friends house so they could go trick or treating, and we were driving down a really dark road. There was a nice light misty fog and the sky was very overcast. I was just thinking that this was the kind of Halloween night Pete would have loved. Seconds after thinking that, I looked toward the horizon, and there was a huge patch of sky that was glowing acid green. It stayed that way for more than an hour before fading out. It was amazing.
