I say put up a post on FB,etc advertising for the positions requiring photo, audio recording and perhaps even video of recent performance in the application. Then you and Matt could pick the ones you think are good enuff to do a live interview and jam with and hopefully find somebody with the right skills and personality to be in APHND
I don't know how to describe it, 'cause usually I don't listen this kind of music. But there are some songs which have an ambiance so unspeakable and when I discover the band you hit something on me. "To Die in your Arms" and "Die Alone" have beautiful lyrics, so deep and so melancholic.
One of the best albums of the year, a masterpiece. Thx to selling dreams ahah
SAL, I LOVE THIS ENTIIIIIIIIIIRE CD. THERE IS NOT A SONG ON HERE THAT I DO NOT LIKE. I LOVE THE SOUND, THE MAJIK YOU AND MATT HAVE TOGETHER AND ESPECIALLY THE ART WORK. WAS THAT DONE BY SAM SHEARON? IF SO, ITS THE FIRST THAT I HAVE SEEN OF HIS WORK THAT I LIKE PERSONALLY. NOT DOGGIN HIS STUFF, BUT I LOOOOOOOOVE THIS. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK HERE. I LOVE A PALE HORSE NAMED DEATH.
I've just ordered the CD,but have listened to it on youtube, it's awesome, congratulations .Also the artwork is fantastic can't wait for you guys to start gigging here in the UK, I live in Castle Donington, home of the Download festival ,be really excellent if you guys were to play here one day..... fingers crossed!x
This is a fantastic release, so amazing you did nearly everything yourself. Professional quality. You know your stuff man. First listen sold me. Chills. Rock needs you. (psst. Get Johnny Kelley on those skins)
Pill Head and Devil in the Closet are my two Fave songs Sal.. you tell it how it is in your writting holding back nothing and that is what connects with people, and this is why we dnt like that fake shit out there. Be real and stay true, APHND Rocks \m/Johnny Caputo\m/
I finally got around to hearing all of it. Will not go in why it took so long, but most of it we can blame on my faulty computer. Anyway, First impression (To Die in Your Arms) extremely heavy Alice in Chains.
I am so glad to hear this. I am always on the look out for good music to write to, and your stuff fits the mood of what I am writing now (obviously I don't write happy chick lit). So much better than most of the stuff I am hearing on the radio, when you can find a station that actually plays rock.
Just damn brilliant, amazing ! Nothing but big respect to mr. Abrsucato. Frankly it is even WAY more than I expected to hear! Greetings from Holland and Bulgaria. Wish to support APHND on the stage one day!:) Cheers
