I try to respond to everyone when I can. I keep the notifications in my Inbox and delete them after I reply so I can keep track (as I am right now).
As far as NYC bands go, I was in First Order, Maximum Penalty/Lament and played in Mr. Pickle for a little while. All of us in APHND are from the same area of B'klyn and all of us played in the same scene...that's how we all know each other. In NJ I had a band called Mocoso (which I'll be making a page for soon).
I have a studio project called voodooNOUVEAU with an LP out that's more industrial.I did a lot of producing when I moved around the country in the early 90's. Produced and played on a shitload of Salsa bands in Miami and a bunch of rock/metal bands when I was in Texas. even played on Taylor Dayne's demos that became her first album. No credit though...it was a work for hire thing, then she blew up.
Now I also do remixes and have done stuff for local bands as well as NIN and Pigface and others, sound design/scoring for TV and indie films and I have various instrumental projects that I mess with when inspiration strikes and time avails itself.I also draw, sculpt and design skateboards and effect pedals for shits and giggles.
I'll be posting more art related stuff on my FB page soon.
