Out of interest, what is your favorite Danzig record if you're a fan? Mine is I Luciferi; favorite tracks being the title song, The Coldest Sun, Halo Goddess Bone and Without Light, I Am. Like with "And Hell Will Follow Me," the final three tracks of Danzig 7 are just perfect to me.

well i decided that any other updates can just wait until they get home but here is your Sal commentary of the day..

Summerbreeze is a huge festival with as much as tens of thousands of people are there throughout the day.  It was a big step for them to perform but they went on around 1:30 and had an awesome day it sounds like. thanks for paying…

Its hard to update more than that because the wifi signal is rough but it sounds like the boys are seasoned pros, impressing their fans, selling all their shit and having an awesome time doing it.  

If you are headed to their show and expect to buy APHND music... ummmm I'm not sure that there will be any so bring a silver sharpie and buy a tshirt to get signed or…

I've been busy, busy, busy. Not only have I got two more novels releasing over the next six or so months, but I've sold my "heart" book, Inkarna, which was inspired very much by a soundtrack consisting almost entirely of APHND and TON, to a premier horror/dark fantasy publisher in the States, and we're looking at an early May release. This is very exciting for me as it's a new publisher to work with and a step into more "literary" dark fantasy.

Sal said the gig was good.  he had a lot of press before the show and is finished and ready to move to the next city after they pack up.  The fans have been buying up a lot of the merch.  If you are going, I suggest stopping by the booth before the show then stop by again after if you want an autograph.  Germany fans were hard to read, but being German myself....
