APHND - Future looks bright while being decidely bleak

I quite found this band by accident, while meandering through posts on the Type O site. Curiosity piqued based on what others had said, I clicked a link to Sal & Co's first live show as A Pale Horse Named Death. The song which was linked, "Devil In The Closet", sounded damn good.

Not satisfied with a live performance, I poked a bit further to see if there were some studio songs out there, and was pleasantly surprised to see that almost every song off of "And Hell Will Follow Me" was available. That's when I heard "Die Alone." I was sold from that point. A few more songs to confirm that the release would be worth a purchase, and the Buy Now button was clicked as the confirmation was validated by a slew of other spectacular songs.

I'm looking forward to getting my copy in the mail. Should be great music to listen to, especially commuting back and forth to work. Something new and fresh has been needed for a long time, and thanks to APHND, this satiates the appetite... for now, anyway.

The entire presentation is splendid. Welcome to the family.

Dude! You won't be disappointed. I listen to the album at least once or twice a day, tho' it's been banned at the office. And I'm totally with you on Die Alone. My only curse is that I live in South Africa... Bah. Otherwise I'd so be there at the gigs.
